Up to 17W is supported when both ports are in use. For 30W, you can only use one port at a time for the fast charging to work.

The charging speed slow when using both ports?

The total output will be adjusted to 17W when both ports are in use. Use only one port at a time to optimize it's 30W maximum charging capabilities.
